About The Position

The Express Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the Express Service Department at Mountain States Toyota. The role delivers an exceptional customer experience by identifying vehicle maintenance needs, coordinating timely service, communicating repair recommendations, and supporting an efficient service workflow. Compensation is a $48,000 to $60,000 draw plus commission. The schedule is full-time, with availability Monday through Saturday and Sundays off.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership service management software.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

• Previous experience in automotive service advising, customer service, or dealership operations.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance services and vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, documenting vehicle concerns and maintenance needs.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of express maintenance services.
• Communicate service updates, estimated completion times, and additional repair recommendations to customers.
• Review completed work with customers, explain services performed, and process vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, repair documentation, and warranty information.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting dealership productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
