About The Position

The Service Porter supports the Toyota service team and helps create a positive guest experience. The role involves welcoming customers, safely moving and parking vehicles, helping maintain clean and organized guest areas, and assisting with the drink station. Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Friendly, professional, customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to stand and walk, and to work indoors and outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests arriving for service and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Safely move and park customer vehicles.
• Retrieve vehicles for guests when service is complete.
• Make coffee and keep the guest drink station clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Keep the service drive, customer lounge, and other assigned areas clean and organized.
• Empty trash, wipe down surfaces, and maintain a neat appearance throughout the day.
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
