About The Position

Bredemann Toyota is hiring Service Advisors to support expanding business and a facility expansion that includes 22 additional service bays. The Toyota store is described as a consistently top-five performer in the state, with repeat business and a district parts distribution center that provides fast parts availability. The role is scheduled for the late-morning shift: Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The advertised pay is $70,000–$120,000+ per year. Toyota/Lexus experience is preferred. Bredemann is family owned and operated and highlights a stable work environment and long employee tenure.

Requirements

• Previous advisor and dealership experience is required.
• Proficiency using a computer is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills are required.
• A valid Illinois driver's license is required.
• Must pass a background check before starting in the role.

Nice To Haves

• Toyota/Lexus experience is preferred.
• Experience working in teams is preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds Ignite, Tech Dispatching, or TSD Loaner Software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the walk-around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport.
• Generate service order estimates and quotes for customers.
• Recommend services based on the customer's vehicle condition and mileage.
• Provide timely vehicle status updates and post-repair follow-up by phone, email, or text.
• Resolve customer complaints.
