The Tolling Industry Manager is experienced in delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design, transformation and service delivery improvements for tolling agencies and transportation authorities. The Manager will design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformation across tolling operations—with a particular focus on back office systems modernization, customer service operations, and roadside technology integration. The Manager is a collaborative team leader who can guide junior practitioners while engaging directly with client counterparts to drive results. Ability to travel 75%+.
