About The Position

Wings ‘N More is hiring a To-Go team member at its Southwood Valley location in College Station, Texas. The role focuses on providing friendly, professional service for takeout guests, taking accurate orders, coordinating pickups, and ensuring orders are correctly prepared and packaged. Team members work with Front of House and Back of House staff to deliver a smooth guest experience while following food safety and sanitation standards. The position requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone and provide a friendly, professional welcome.
Use clear communication and excellent phone etiquette when taking orders and answering guest questions.
Apply menu knowledge to enter orders accurately, including modifications and special requests.
Use the restaurant POS system to place orders and process cash, credit, digital, and gift card transactions.
Coordinate takeout pickups and quote accurate wait times in partnership with restaurant managers.
Communicate with Front of House and Back of House staff to support timely, accurate order preparation.
Organize and prioritize multiple orders while preventing delays and errors.
Check and package takeout orders carefully for accuracy.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures and maintain cleanliness and food quality standards.
Work collaboratively across departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
Address guest questions or concerns professionally and involve management when appropriate.
Provide a satisfactory pickup experience and a suitable parting remark to each customer.
