About The Position

Wings ‘N More is hiring a Server at its Southwood Valley location in College Station, Texas. Servers provide friendly, efficient service while serving food prepared fresh to order. The role involves responding to guest requests, supporting guest satisfaction throughout the meal, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and completing assigned side work and inventory tasks. Servers are also expected to maintain attendance, appearance, and service standards and perform other duties requested by a supervisor.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Know menu items, restaurant promotions, and beverages, including their garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
Take guest food and beverage orders and enter them into the appropriate point-of-sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Complete scheduled side work, including stocking and organizing supplies.
Maintain inventory and requisition daily supplies as needed for efficient operations.
Maintain regular attendance, arrive consistently on time, and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including compliance with the dress code.
Respond to requests for service and assistance and provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
Perform other duties as requested by a supervisor.
