About The Position

Wings ‘N More is hiring a Server at its Southwood Valley location in College Station, Texas. The role focuses on providing friendly, efficient customer service while serving freshly prepared food. Servers respond to guest requests, ensure satisfaction throughout the meal, explain menu items and promotions, take and enter orders, and deliver food and beverages. The position also includes side work, stocking and organizing supplies, monitoring inventory, requisitioning supplies, maintaining attendance and grooming standards, and performing other duties requested by a supervisor.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Know menu items, restaurant promotions, beverages, and their garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the appropriate point-of-sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Complete scheduled side work, including stocking and organizing supplies.
Monitor inventory and requisition daily supplies as needed.
Maintain regular attendance, arrive on time, and observe work, break, and meal periods in compliance with standards.
Maintain personal appearance and grooming in compliance with the dress code.
Respond to requests for service and assistance and provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
Perform other duties as requested by a supervisor.
