Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing teams in restaurants or retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control.
- Dependable, solution-oriented, and guest-focused.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Hard-working and enjoys having fun.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations, including opening and closing, inspecting deliveries, and enforcing procedures.
- Identify and develop talent to help build the management team.
- Supervise, train, and coach crew members by leading by example.
- Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Handle guest issues with care and work to restore guest satisfaction.
- Help build efficient schedules and balance labor needs.
