Responsibilities
- Clear dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Reset tables by returning table tents, table setups, and chairs to their proper places.
- Pre-bus tables and assist servers and bartenders with guest requests.
- Perform dining-room and floor maintenance, including sweeping and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
- Follow manager instructions and communicate clearly with team members.
- Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Help provide a safe, sanitized, and positive guest experience each shift.
