About The Position

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, install, and align tires and wheels, while helping with inventory and keeping the tire shop running smoothly. The role uses tire and balancing machines and includes supporting shop safety, paperwork, and the maintenance and organization of inventory, products, tools, and equipment. The position is paid hourly, with stated average earnings of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour including bonuses; the company does not use flat-rate pay. Requirements

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician.
Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels.
Organization and attention to detail, especially when tracking inventory.

Responsibilities
