About The Position

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, install, and align tires and wheels, and help keep the tire shop running smoothly. The role uses tire and balancing machines and supports a dependable, positive customer experience.

The technician also helps oversee shop activity by following safety guidelines, completing paperwork, maintaining inventory, products, tools, and equipment, and labeling and organizing incoming merchandise. The position offers an average of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour with bonuses; the company states that it does not use flat-rate pay. The workplace is described as a fun, family atmosphere with future growth potential. The shop is closed on Sundays.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.
