About The Position
RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels and help keep the tire shop running smoothly. The role involves using tire and balancing machines to mount, balance, and align tires and wheels, while providing dependable service to customers. The technician also helps oversee shop activity by following safety guidelines, completing paperwork, maintaining inventory, products, tools, and equipment, and labeling and organizing incoming merchandise. The position offers an average of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour including bonuses and is not paid on a flat-rate basis. Requirements
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.
- Organized and attentive to detail, especially when tracking inventory.
- Safety-minded, service-oriented, motivated to exceed customer expectations, and a team player.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician.
- Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels.
