About The Position

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels and help keep the tire shop running smoothly. The role uses tire and balancing machines to mount, balance, and align tires and wheels, while supporting shop safety, paperwork, and the maintenance of inventory, products, tools, and equipment. The technician labels and organizes incoming merchandise and helps oversee activity in the tire shop. The company describes a fun, family-oriented work atmosphere with potential for future growth. Compensation averages $16.00 to $23.00 per hour including bonuses, and the company does not use flat-rate pay. The shop is closed on Sundays. Requirements

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.
Service-oriented and motivated to exceed customer expectations.
Able to work as a team player.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician.
Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels is preferred but not required.
Organized and attentive to detail, especially when tracking inventory.
Keeps safety in mind.

Responsibilities

Mount, balance, align, and install tires and wheels using tire and balancing machines.
Help oversee activity within the tire shop.
Ensure shop safety guidelines are followed.
Complete paperwork.
Maintain inventory, products, tools, and equipment.
Label and organize merchandise as it arrives.
