About The Position

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, install, and align tires and wheels. The role also assists with inventory and the daily operation of the tire shop, helping maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Technicians use tire and balancing machines to perform precise work and help customers keep their vehicles running smoothly. Other duties include supporting shop activity, following safety guidelines, completing paperwork, maintaining inventory, products, tools, and equipment, and labeling and organizing incoming merchandise. The position offers an average of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour with bonuses; the company states it does not use flat-rate pay.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician.
• Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, install, and align tires and wheels using tire and balancing machines.
• Help oversee activity within the tire shop.
