About The Position

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels and help keep the tire shop operating smoothly. The role uses tire and balancing machines to mount, balance, and align tires and wheels, while supporting shop safety, paperwork, and the proper maintenance of inventory, products, tools, and equipment. The technician labels and organizes incoming merchandise and contributes to a customer-focused, team-oriented shop environment. The position offers average compensation of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour with bonuses and is not paid at a flat rate.

Requirements

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician.
Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels.
Organization and attention to detail, particularly when tracking inventory.
