About The Position
Dealer Tire is hiring a relationship-focused Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Dallas, Texas. The specialist serves as a tire sales expert customers can trust, using customer-facing sales skills to identify needs, recommend tire solutions, and close sales. The role includes a fully paid training program and a consistent 5-day, 40-hour work week. Dealer Tire is a family-owned international distributor of tires and parts, established in 1918. The company supports major automotive manufacturers and describes a team of more than 550 sales professionals. Compensation includes base pay of $28.34–$30.85 per hour and targeted annual commission of $13,200, with guaranteed commission during onboarding for up to two months. Compensation may depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers and sell tires on the dealership service drive.
- Perform quick visual inspections.
- Identify customer needs and confidently recommend tire solutions.
- Provide pricing and close sales.
- Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
- Support store operations, including inventory and reporting.
