About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Webster, Texas. The role focuses on helping customers select and purchase tires while supporting dealership and store operations. After completing a fully paid training program, the specialist will engage customers on the service drive, conduct quick visual inspections, identify customer needs, recommend solutions, provide pricing, and close sales. The position also involves building relationships with customers and dealership teams and assisting with inventory and reporting. Requirements
