About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Katy, Texas. The role focuses on selling tires to customers on the service drive, building trusted relationships, and supporting dealership and store operations. The company provides a fully paid training program. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $28.34–$30.85 and targeted annual commission of $13,200, with guaranteed commission during onboarding for up to two months. Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the dealership service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
