About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Katy, Texas. The specialist serves as the tire sales expert, engaging customers on the service drive, inspecting tires visually, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, presenting pricing, and closing sales. The role also involves building relationships with customers and dealership teams and supporting store operations, including inventory and reporting. Employees receive a fully paid training program.

The position offers a consistent 40-hour work week over five days, base pay of $28.34–$30.85 per hour, and targeted annual commission of $13,200. Commission is guaranteed during onboarding for up to two months. Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.
