About The Position
Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Dallas, Texas. The company is a family-owned international distributor of tires and parts, established in 1918, that supports automotive manufacturers and dealership partners. The specialist serves as the tire sales expert for customers on the service drive, using customer-facing sales skills to identify needs, recommend appropriate tires, and close sales. After completing a fully paid training program, the specialist will engage dealership customers, perform quick visual inspections, provide pricing, build relationships with customers and dealership teams, and support store operations. The role offers a consistent five-day, 40-hour work week and career growth opportunities. Compensation includes a base pay range of $28.34–$30.85 per hour and targeted annual commission of $13,200, with guaranteed commission during onboarding for up to two months. Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and geographic location; the total package may also include commission, bonus, or profit sharing.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer skills, including use of order systems and CRM tools.
