About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports club policies and compliance, provides friendly and knowledgeable member service, contributes to a safe and positive environment, and works with the team to meet club standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn basic computer skills.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Prior tire installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with selecting and purchasing tires, including verifying tire sizes for vehicles.
• Mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires, and perform tire repairs.
• Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks when certified to do so under DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area, and merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office about member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain accurate supply inventory and appropriately use available special-order tire programs.
• Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
• Comply with safety and cleanliness standards and properly use tire bay equipment.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and support policy compliance.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and help maintain a safe and positive experience.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily GOLD club standards, including stocking, promotional execution, accurate signage, and cleanliness.
• Understand how to access and read department production or financial performance reporting.
