About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports club policies, safety and cleanliness standards, member service, and daily club operations. Team members may perform other duties or work in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn them.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior tire installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires; install and repair tires as needed.
• Properly dispose of tires and fill propane tanks when needed and certified according to DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area, and merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Assist members with tire selection and purchases, including verifying vehicle tire sizes, and provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk.
• Coordinate with Home Office about member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain accurate supply inventory and use available special-order tire programs appropriately.
• Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
• Comply with club policies, procedures, safety standards, and cleanliness standards; properly use tire bay equipment.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance and perform other assigned duties, including work in other departments as needed.
