About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires; properly installing and repairing tires; completing tire bay documentation; and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role supports club policies, procedures, compliance, safety, and service standards while working collaboratively to achieve club goals. Team members deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, address member concerns, and help maintain a clean, organized, and positive environment.

The position includes installing, mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires; maintaining tire bay inventory and displays; and completing scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders. Team members may fill propane tanks when certified under DOT requirements, perform other assigned duties, and work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn basic computer skills.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior tire installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, including verifying vehicle tire sizes.
• Install, mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires, and perform tire repairs.
• Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
• Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks when certified per DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area.
• Merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with the Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain an accurate and complete supply inventory.
• Understand and appropriately use available special-order tire programs.
• Comply with safety and cleanliness standards and properly use tire bay equipment.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and perform other assigned duties, including work in other departments as needed.
• Work collaboratively to meet club standards, provide service excellence, and maintain a safe, positive environment.
