About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports club policies and compliance, delivers member service, maintains a safe and positive environment, and works with the team to meet club standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn basic computer skills.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior tire installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, including verifying tire sizes for vehicles.
• Mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires; install and repair tires as needed.
• Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks when needed, if certified under DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain accurate supply inventory and use available special-order tire programs appropriately.
• Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, equipment-use, club policy, and procedural requirements.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
