About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports club operations and service standards, including providing friendly, knowledgeable member service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and working in other departments as needed. This is a part-time position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn basic computer skills.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.

• Prior tire installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with tire selection and purchases, including verifying tire sizes for their vehicles.
• Install tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing; perform tire repairs.
• Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
• Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks as needed when certified under DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area, and merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office about member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain an accurate and complete supply inventory and use special-order tire programs appropriately.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, club, and tire bay equipment policies and procedures.
• Support member service standards, address concerns, and help provide a safe and positive member experience.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, and full attendance.
