About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports club standards, safety, member service, and work across other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn them.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior tire installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with tire selection and purchases, including verifying tire sizes for their vehicles.
• Mount, dismount, rotate, balance, install, and repair tires.
• Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
• Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks when certified and as required by club policy.
• Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with the Home Office about member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain accurate supply inventory and use available special-order tire programs appropriately.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, club policy, and equipment-use standards.
• Support members and team members by providing a safe, positive, inclusive, and friendly environment.
• Work in other departments as needed and perform other assigned duties.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
