About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports club policies, compliance, safety, member service, and daily operating standards. Team members may perform other duties or work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn basic computer skills.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.

• Prior tire installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with selecting and purchasing tires, including verifying tire sizes for vehicles.
• Install tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing; perform tire repairs.
• Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks when needed and certified under DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area, and merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain accurate supply inventory and use available special-order tire programs appropriately.
• Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
• Comply with safety and cleanliness standards, use tire bay equipment appropriately, and follow club policies and procedures.
• Support member service, club standards, teamwork, and a safe and positive environment.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
