Tire Sales and Installation Part Time $1000 Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing required tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports a safe, clean, and professional tire bay and waiting area, provides knowledgeable service at the tire desk, and may perform duties in other departments as needed. The position is part time and requires regular, predictable, full attendance. The pay range is $19.50–$24.38. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn basic computer skills.
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires; install and repair tires properly.
- Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks when needed, if certified according to DOT requirements.
- Keep the tire bay and waiting area clean and professional; merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
- Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and assist members with tire selection and purchase, including verifying vehicle tire sizes.
- Coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete supply inventory and appropriately use available special-order tire programs.
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards and use tire bay equipment properly.
- Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
- Follow club policies and procedures and support their application and compliance.
- Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
- Deliver member service, address or escalate member concerns, and help maintain a safe and positive environment.
- Support daily GOLD Member and club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping areas clean and organized.
- Understand how to access and read department production or financial performance reporting and how execution affects business results.
