About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role includes delivering knowledgeable member service, supporting club standards, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and assisting in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn them.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.

• Prior tire installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with tire selection and purchase, including verifying tire sizes for their vehicles.
• Mount, dismount, rotate, balance, install, and repair tires.
• Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks when needed, if certified in accordance with DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office about member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain accurate supply inventory and use available special-order tire programs appropriately.
• Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, equipment-use, club-policy, and procedure requirements.
• Support member service standards, resolve or escalate concerns, and contribute to a safe and positive environment.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
