About The Position

The Ticket and Product Sales Agent is part of the Product Sales & Services Department and delivers outstanding guest service while facilitating sales of activities, tickets, passes, ski and snowboard school lessons, and childcare. Team members contribute to the guest experience and represent Vail Resorts. They may work in contact centers, ski school locations, ticket and pass offices, or elsewhere throughout the resort, and may support multiple departments and roles as needed.

This is a winter seasonal position for 2026/2027. Full-time and part-time hours are available. The starting wage and expected pay range are $20.00 per hour. The minimum age is 14. Housing is not available. Seasonal applications are accepted until December 15 or until positions are filled, whichever comes first.

Requirements

• At least 14 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work outside in a winter environment and indoors for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain a professional presence and adhere to appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service while facilitating sales of activities, tickets, passes, ski and snowboard school lessons, and childcare.
• Work in contact centers, ski school locations, ticket and pass offices, and throughout the resort.
• Communicate with guests by phone and email.
• Explain and process resort products and services accurately and efficiently.
• Complete daily end-of-shift point-of-sale/register audits.
• Contribute to a fun, professional, and caring work environment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Support other departments and roles as needed, potentially including Mountain Activities, Retail Rental operations, Food and Beverage Support, ticket sales or scanning, Lift Operations, and Base Area Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
