The Sportsbook Agent / Ticket Writer assists customers with establishing mobile accounts, processes wagers, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and answers questions. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a sportsbook ticket writer, or at least 2 years of casino cash-handling experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
• Consistent positive energy and a proven history of delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours on any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period, including shifts of 8 or more hours.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.
