About The Position

The Sportsbook Agent (Ticket Writer) for Boomer's Sportsbook is a primary point of contact for sportsbook customers and helps deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role assists customers with setting up mobile accounts, processes wagers, answers questions, and ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. This is a part-time position paying $16.00 per hour. The work environment may be loud and smoky.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of recent experience as a sportsbook ticket writer.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
• Consistent positive energy and a proven history of excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for a prolonged period, including an 8+ hour shift.
• Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.
