About The Position

The Third Keyholder assists with the daily operations of an assigned store, including merchandising and customer support. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and is cross-trained to operate the cash register and take on front-end duties as needed. Duties include receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, processing freight safely, stocking and merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness, supporting positive interactions with customers and colleagues, processing sales transactions, and protecting cash and company assets. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity.
Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely and in accordance with productivity standards.
Merchandise and stock as needed.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and keeping areas neat and presentable.
Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment and interact professionally and courteously with customers, associates, and leaders.
Manage sales transactions while operating an assigned cash register.
Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
