About The Position

ECCO is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Third Keyholder to join its Retail Team. The role helps drive and exceed store financial goals by delivering a world-class shopping experience. The Third Keyholder assists the Store Manager with merchandise and inventory management, operational and administrative excellence, and training, coaching, and professional development for the store team.

The position ensures compliance with ECCO policies and procedures, assigns goals, motivates employees, and helps communicate applicable information to management and staff. The Third Keyholder serves as an ECCO Brand Ambassador, models effective selling techniques, and uses good judgment to resolve customer service issues. A positive attitude and contribution to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability are expected.
