About The Position

The Keyholder provides thoughtful, authentic customer service and responds to store needs while multitasking, prioritizing, and building client relationships. The role contributes to a passionate, energetic team and supports store sales and operations. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour plus 3% commission.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales or keyholder experience with luxury products.
• Ability to provide a high-performing client experience.
• Technological savvy and an entrepreneurial spirit, including being sales- and goal-driven.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong orientation toward excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated selling skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds up and down stairs, with or without a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales and clientele goals set by store management.
• Open and close the store; handle cash, bank deposits, and paperwork.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities.
• Contribute to store growth and success while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Develop customer relationships and nurture repeat business.
• Operate the point-of-sale register and email systems.
• Safeguard inventory by following the company loss prevention program.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor.
• Follow store operational policies and procedures.
