About The Position

RocketFast! Car Wash is seeking a customer-oriented Keyholder to assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operations, with an emphasis on customer service, site maintenance, sales and wash volume, quality, and performance. The role serves as the responsible party for customer, equipment, and staff issues when other management is not on site, and requires the ability to perform any position staffed at the wash. Employees are expected to uphold the company’s mission of providing an exceptional customer experience in a fun, friendly, and clean environment, and to demonstrate the WASH values: Welcome customers; Always be attentive and maintain a great attitude; Smile; and be Helpful. The position is full-time, pays $14–$16 per hour, and offers commission on all sales.

Responsibilities

Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and WASH values.
Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation.
Strive to surpass customer expectations.
Perform any of the positions staffed at the wash.
Serve as the responsible party for customer, equipment, and staff issues when other management is not on the premises.
Assist in training and coaching the wash team on company safety, customer relations, wash procedures, and company policies.
Complete opening and closing duties.
Help maintain a clean, attractive, and safe facility.
Comply with safety standards and set an example for team members.
Handle cash transactions and deposits ethically, efficiently, and accurately.
Comply with the RocketFast! Employee Handbook.
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as necessary.
