About The Position

Betz Nursing Home is hiring a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) to help foster a warm, supportive environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and helping create a homelike environment grounded in dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The Therapy CNA collaborates with therapy and other facility teams to support coordinated care. Requirements

Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Assist residents with activities of daily living.
