About The Position

The Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) helps create a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and working with therapy and other facility teams to support coordinated care. The position is full-time, Sunday through Thursday, on the day shift at Coventry Meadows.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide residents with companionship and reassurance.
• Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that respects each resident’s dignity and individual needs.
• Work with therapy and other facility teams to support coordinated and comprehensive care.
