About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare for children or adults. The role may involve in-person care at clinics and telehealth, with a hybrid schedule that can include working from a home office. The position offers schedule autonomy and weekday outpatient work. LifeStance provides offices, an electronic medical record system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work. The company also performs essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions that support a successful practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children or adults.
- Provide care in person at clinics and/or through telehealth.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Provide or receive supervision, as applicable to the clinician's licensure.
