Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time Therapists holding an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT credential to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The practice serves children, adolescents, and adults in clinics and through telehealth. Providers may work a hybrid schedule, including telehealth from a home office, and have autonomy over their schedules. The role is available in locations across Massachusetts. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. LifeStance also handles essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work. The compensation model is based on productivity, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- Hold one of the listed credentials: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide services in person at clinics and/or through telehealth.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Perform clinical and administrative functions as needed to maintain a successful practice.
