Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare services. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office. The role offers weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy, with hybrid and telehealth options. Compensation is productivity-based, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000. LifeStance provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The organization also performs essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work.
Requirements
- Hold one of the listed therapist credentials: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services.
- Provide care in person at clinics and/or through telehealth.
