About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time Therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office, with weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy. The role is available in several Massachusetts locations. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff for credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. Clinical and administrative infrastructure is provided so therapists can focus on clinical work. The position offers an annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000, based on productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to clients.
- Provide telehealth services from a home office as part of a hybrid schedule, if applicable.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Receive or provide supervision, as applicable.
