About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time Therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. The position is based in one of the listed Massachusetts locations, with the option of a hybrid schedule that may include telehealth from a home office. The role offers schedule autonomy and a productivity-based compensation model. Clinical and administrative support—including credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection—is provided so clinicians can focus on clinical work. The practice also provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, and APA-approved continuing education.
Requirements
- Hold one of the listed credentials or licenses: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to clients in an in-person and/or telehealth setting.
- Perform essential clinical and administrative functions associated with maintaining a successful practice.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Provide or receive supervision, as applicable to licensure.
