Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time Therapists (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT) for outpatient mental healthcare services. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office, with weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy. Annual compensation potential is $75,000–$100,000, based on productivity. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The organization also performs essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work. LifeStance provides evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults in clinics and through telemedicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to clients.
- Provide services in person at clinics and/or through telehealth.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Provide or receive supervision, as applicable to the clinician’s credentials.
