Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT)
About The Position
We are hiring full-time and part-time Therapists to provide outpatient clinical services. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office, with complete schedule autonomy. The role offers weekday outpatient work and a productivity-based compensation model with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, and APA-approved continuing education. Support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, while the practice manages essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services.
- Provide telehealth services when working from a home office as part of a hybrid schedule.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Receive or provide clinical supervision, as applicable to the provider’s license.
