About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children or adults. The role offers weekday work and schedule autonomy, with hybrid options that may include providing telehealth from a home office. Therapists work in person at clinics and/or through the company’s telehealth offering. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an electronic medical record system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The organization also handles essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work. Annual compensation potential is $75,000–$100,000, based on productivity.
Requirements
- Must hold one of the listed credentials: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to children or adults.
- Provide care in person at clinics and/or via telehealth.
- Complete clinical and administrative functions associated with maintaining a successful practice.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Provide or receive supervision, as applicable to licensure.
