About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children or adults. Providers work in person at clinics and may have a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office. The role offers weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Support staff assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, payment collection, and essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work. The company provides evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, both in clinics and through telemedicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children or adults.
• Provide care in person at clinics and/or through telehealth, potentially from a home office.
• Participate in weekly case consultations.
• Receive or provide supervision, as applicable to the provider’s license.
