About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring child or adult therapists with LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT credentials for outpatient mental healthcare. Therapists provide evidence-based care to children, adolescents, or adults in an outpatient setting. The role offers full-time or part-time work, with a hybrid schedule that may include telehealth from a home office. Providers have complete schedule autonomy and may work in person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid arrangement. LifeStance provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The practice also handles essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work. The compensation model is based on productivity, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, or adults.
- Provide services in person, through telehealth, or in a hybrid schedule.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Perform essential clinical and administrative functions associated with maintaining a successful practice.
