About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time Therapists (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide outpatient mental healthcare. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office, with weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy. Positions are available in Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, and Woburn, Massachusetts. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, payment collection, and essential clinical and administrative functions, allowing therapists to focus on clinical work. LifeStance offers evidence-based, medically driven outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, and adults, both in clinics and through telemedicine.
Requirements
- Be a Therapist with one of the listed credentials: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to clients.
- Provide services in person and, where applicable, via telehealth.
- Focus on clinical work with support from staff handling credentialing, insurance authorizations, payment collection, and other clinical and administrative functions.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
