About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) for outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults. The role is available full-time or part-time and may follow a hybrid schedule, including telehealth sessions from a home office. Locations include Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, and Woburn. The position offers outpatient weekday work and complete schedule autonomy. Therapists can participate in weekly case consultations, receive or provide supervision, and access free continuing education credits. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work. Annual compensation potential is $75,000–$100,000 based on productivity.

Requirements

Licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
